Fees and sessions

I offer a free initial 20 minute call, either by phone or online (via Google Meet), for you to find out more about how I work.  Please click on Contact me to send an enquiry and book this in.

Sessions last for 50 minutes, I work flexibly and you can have as many or as few sessions as you need.

My fee is £60 per session.

I have two concessionary slots and reduced fees for counsellors in training.

I work with individuals over 18 years old, and offer sessions face-to-face, online (via Google Meet) or over the phone.  I currently work online only on a Monday, and have face-to-face (as well as online / phone) slots available Fridays and Saturday mornings.

I use rooms in the Mid / West Sussex area.
