Life is challenging, and being listened to and understood by another person can have incredible benefits. I will look at the world from your perspective, and support and challenge you in a gentle and respectful way. From my own personal experience, I know that therapy can have a remarkably positive impact, and will work with you to overcome the difficulties you are experiencing.
